Join Evansburg Vineyards & Chef, Aaron Holmes for an unforgettable event: Corks & Forks: Perfect Pairing Soirée!
Each participant will be guided by EV Winemaker, Yuval Blat and Chef, Aaron Holmes through a tasting of four unique courses with four of our housemade wines.
Each ticket purchase is for 1 person.
Vegetarian option available upon request. Please select your wine and dine option when signing up for the workshop. If there is more than one participant and you have separate dining preferences, please buy tickets separately with indicated preference. If preference is the same, you can buy the tickets together.
Listed below is the menu options:
Course 1:
Marquette Rosé, an off dry Rosé, paired with
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms: Jumbo lump/local button mushrooms/ beurre blanc
or
Ricotta & Roasted Grape Crostinis (V): Herb & honey whipped ricotta / moon drop grapes / balsamic reduction
Course 2:
Dream, a dry Chardonnel, paired with
Butternut Squash Bisque (V): Roasted pumpkin / shaved pistachios / crispy sage / creme fraiche
Course 3:
Temptation, a full body dry Petite Syrah / Zinfandel blend, paired with
Braised Short Rib: Angus beef / whipped buttermilk potatoes / crispy shallots red wine demi glace / grilled zucchini
or
Eggplant Rollatini (V): Garden eggplant / whipped ricotta / san marzano sauce / herbed bread crumbs
Course 4:
Fiesta, a carbonated Rosé, paired with
Chocolate Mousse: Oreo cup / vanilla bean cream / strawberry- mint dust
