Space Options
Ideal for 30-50 guests.
This space features floor-to-ceiling window garage doors facing the breathtaking vineyard view. Available daily, year-round and perfect for all weather types.
Ideal for 18-30 guests.
This space features floor-to-ceiling window garage doors facing the breathtaking vineyard view. Available daily, year-round and perfect for all weather types.
Ideal for 20-100 guests.
Available Monday & Tuesday (all day), Wednesday & Thursday (before 3pm) year-round. Flexible use of all spaces for all weather types and party needs.
You will be assigned to the pavilion space based on your party size total. When booking the event, please share the anticipated maximum number of guests so the appropriate pavilion is assigned accordingly.
Please note that our event space capacity ranges from 18-50 guests on Wednesday – Sunday and up to 100 guests on Monday – Tuesday.
Booking Your Event
Step 1:
Fill in the form above or send us an email to operations@evansburgvineyards.com with:
- Preferred date(s)
- Ideal 3 hour time frame (Events must end 30 minutes before closing)
- Party size including underage guests
With this info, we’ll share availablity and answer any questions within 24-72 hours.
Step 2:
Once details are confirmed, we will provide you with a digital rental contract and digital invoice.
The invoice will include the $200 Space Rental fee.
The invoice must be paid and contract must be signed to finalize the booking.
Step 3:
We will send you a form where you can let us know your food and drink menu preferences, final headcount, and additional space arrangement details.
- If you choose the Pay-By-Drink Package you will be sent a follow up digital invoice for the $200 Bar Rental fee.
This is a great time to schedule a visit to the site to start getting inspired for what decorations you’d like to bring!
Step 4:
You can arrive an hour prior to the start time of your event to decorate the space.
We will have your space set up with black table cloths, tables, chairs, and all serving materials.
- A server will be stationed at the bar to pour drinks and provide event support.
At the end of your event, you’ll pay your final tab which will include your food catering and selected drink package with 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity which goes directly to our service and kitchen staff.
Food Catering
- Check out the menu to view our catering food options, sizes, and pricing.
- By 10 days prior to your event, let us know exactly what you’d like from our menu as well as any guest dietary restrictions.
- For any questions on food items, substitutes or dietary needs, email us at operations@evansburgvineyards.com
- Food will be prepared by our kitchen and be presented buffet-style with all necessary tableware. Guests can self-serve food throughout the event.
- Guests can bring dessert items but all other food must be provided through Evansburg Vineyards catering.
- Food is portioned to 10 person (small) or 20 person (large) sizes. You can decide how you’d like to mix and match the different items and portions.
- Kids menu items will be portioned individually.
- The food pricing total must meet a minimum of $25 per person.

Wine & Beer | $25 Per Person
Includes bottomless service of our entire wine list and four beers sourced from Conshohocken Brewing Company.
Wine, Beer & Mimosas | $30 Per Person
Includes bottomless service of our entire wine list, our four beers sourced from Conshohocken Brewing Company, and mimosas made with fresh juice and our carbonated white wine, Amore, and carbonated rosé wine, Fiesta.
Wine, Beer & Cocktails | $35 Per Person
Includes bottomless service of our entire wine list, our four beers sourced from Conshohocken Brewing Company, mimosas, and three of our signature cocktails from our menu.

- 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
- Guests under 21 will not be counted in the per person total.
- Create a custom menu for your event from our selection of glasses, beers, and cocktails.
- Each drink will be paid for by the glass.
- You can decide if you (the party organizer) will cover drinks or defer the cost to guests.
- There is a $200 bar rental that will be paid by digital invoice when booking. This fee is in addition to the $200 space rental fee.
- Beverage options include: Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot Water w/ Tea Bag Box, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Orange Juice.
- These drinks can be added to either of the alcohol drink package options.
- Each beverage is $20 and refillable throughout the event. They will be stationed in a self-serve area on the buffet table.

- External food catering is not permitted except for celebration desserts.
- All external alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- External non-alcoholic beverages are permitted with prior notice.

- Kids and babies are welcome at our winery!
- For the safety of our guests, children must be under supervision of accompanying adults at all times.
- We cannot accommodate events with a large ratio of underage to adult guests, or events with more than 10 children.
C a n I r e n t t h e w h o l e s i t e ?
- Evansburg Vineyards hosts full venue rentals on days that we are not open (Mondays & Tuesdays) or before our regular operating hours (Wednesdays & Thursdays).
- To procure the full site rental, there is a $250 staffing fee in addition to other package fees and a minimum of 20 guests required to open the site.

Winemaker’s Tour & Talk
See where all the magic happens through a guided tour with our Winemaker where you’ll learn about our vineyard and our winemaking process close up. After the tour, our winemaker will come and give your party unique insight into the wines you selected in your package.

Wine Bottle Succulent Centerpiece Workshop
Learn how to make a stunning succulent bottle centerpiece with our plant expert, Paige Smith. You will receive a wine bottle cut in half and choose from different succulents, dried flowers, moss, and accents to create a beautiful centerpiece for your home.

Wreath Workshop

Native Plant Workshop
Learn all about native plants! Native plants have blossomed with popularity over the past several years. So what are native plants, what benefits do they provide, and how can you use them on your property? All of these questions and more will be answered! Workshop attendees will sow two different species of native seeds into two inch containers to grow for their properties! Workshop hosted in partnership w/ Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy.

Rain Garden Workshop
Learn all about rain gardens and their many benefits! Different methods of managing stormwater runoff on your property will be discussed along with a step by step process of installing and maintaining a rain garden. Location
We are located in Evansburg Village, Collegeville. The only way to enter our vineyard is from Germantown Pike.
Mobility
In case a member of the party has restricted walking ability, email info@evansburgvineyards.com to let us know and we will make sure you are as comfortable as possible. We have wheelchair accessible seating (both indoor and outdoor) and tour options available upon request.
Parking
Parking is free at Evansburg Vineyards. You can safely park your vehicle right outside of the tasting room. For events or large parties, please inquire in advance about specific parking needs.
