Each participant will be guided by EV Winemaker, Yuval Blat and Chef, Aaron Holmes through a tasting of four unique courses with four of our housemade wines.

4 courses and 4 times the fun!

Each ticket purchase is for 1 person.

Vegetarian option available upon request. Please select your dining option when purchasing your ticket. If there is more than one participant and you have separate dining preferences, please buy tickets separately with indicated preference. If your preference is the same, you can buy the tickets together.

Course 1:
Steak au Poivre Crostini: toasted peppercorn/sous vide angus beef/roasted garlic horseradish cream/chive paired with Midnight, a blend of American Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
or
Wild Mushroom Risotto Bite (V): roasted garlic aioli,  roasted red pepper puree, pesto, Parmesan tuile paired with Symphony, a smooth Sauvignon Blanc.

Course 2:
Salad: radicchio, pear, gorgonzola, pomegranate, candied pecans, roasted shallot champagne vinaigrette paired with Dream, a delicate crisp Chardonel.

Course 3:

Crab Stuffed Shrimp: with lobster cream, roasted asparagus, and black garlic balsamic paired with Passion, a light body fruit-forward Zinfandel.
or
Cauliflower Steak (V): with brown butter hollandaise and romesco sauce paired with Passion, a light body fruit-forward Zinfandel.

Course 4:

Chocolate Bread Pudding: White chocolate rum sauce w/chocolate-covered strawberry paired with Fiesta, a carbonated Rosé.

Cinnamon Bun Apple Pie: paired with Pom, a blend of apple and pear wines.
