Join us for our very first Wine & Dine! This unique event is brought to you by Conshy Girls Restaurant & Catering Group and Evansburg Vineyards! Chefs from Gypsy Saloon and Southern Cross designed this three course meal which will be paired with wines provided by Evansburg Vineyards Winemaker, Yuval Blat. The evening’s menu will be:
- Butternut Squash Soup w/ Pepitas & Crema
- Crusted Pork Loin w/ Cranberry Pistachio Risotto and Grilled Asparagus
- Maple Pecan Pie w/ Vanilla Ice Cream
