Sound Bath Meditation includes a complimentary glass of wine after the sound bath meditation.
What is SOUND BATH?
A deep dose of rest, relaxation and reflection through sound and vibrational immersion with gong, handpan, singing bowls, chimes, drums and more! You will lie or sit comfortably for this hour of peaceful being. Deeply listening to intentional sound and vibration effortlessly relieves stress, calms the mind, improves sleep and overall focus plus so much more.
BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat, comforts (pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye pillow) and perhaps a journal to reflect after the sound immersion.
About your teacher:
Jen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts over the past decade.
Being a former nurse, Jen’s sound immersion offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the room or individual as learned from the bedside. Every encounter is intended for the recipient to feel safe, warm and comfortable so they are able to release and deepen into their journey.
