Live Music: Lauren Mendelsohn

Lauren Mendelsohn, a Bryn Mawr, PA native, embarked on her musical journey at age 5. With a folk-pop vibe inspired by icons like Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and contemporary acts like Mumford & Sons, she delivers soulful originals. Influenced by artists such as Taylor Swift and Sara Bareilles, Lauren’s music enchants with eloquent lyricism and infectious melodies, highlighting her honeyed vocals and unwavering optimism.

Having signed with Winding Way Records, Lauren released her singles “Original” on August 9, 2023, and “Jet Plane” on March 13 of this year. She looks forward to sharing more music with Winding Way Records, LLC., culminating in an album slated for release in 2025.
