EV Winemaker Yuval Blat and Chef Nolan present 3 unique courses paired perfectly with our housemade wines.
Each ticket purchase is for 1 person. Please add each ticket individually to include preferred food selections for each guest as well as any relevant allergy or dietary restrictions. Select the same arrival time for all guests included in the table.
Important information: If you’re buying more than one ticket, for each individual guest, make the ticket quantity ‘1’ and answer the information and then click attend. The ticket with corresponding info for this guest should be added to your cart in the top right corner. Stay on this page and delete the responses and fill in the new information for your next guest and then click attend. Main Option: Beef tenderloin skewers marinated in labane, lemon, and za’atar with seasoned peppers and onions over a bed of saffron rice.

Each wine accompaniment will be poured in 5oz (regular glass) portions unless otherwise preferred.
For any allergy related concerns, please send an email or include in the allergy box.
Wine pairings are suggested but not required. If you’d like to swap out your wine glass accompaniment on the day of the event, please notify your server.
Food will be made to order so please notify us of any allergies or selection changes prior to the date.
