Barre is a ballet inspired, core centered class focusing on using isometric, non-impact and dynamic movements. In this highly effective toning class you will burn fat, sculpt lean muscles, and strengthen your entire body using your own body weight & light hand weights! You will feel the burn & have fun while doing it!

Please arrive 10min early so we we can start the class right on time!

Please bring your yoga mat and fill out this online waiver before attending the class.

These classes take place rain or shine! If you cannot make it to our Christmas Barre Party Workout for any reason, please send us an email at operations@evansburgvineyards.com to get a class credit for another date.
