On the tour you will learn about our vineyard\, our winemaking process\, and gain insight into lab analysis of wine during fermentation and maturation. Afterwards\, you will sit down and relax with a wine tasting that is included in your tour and a free souvenir to take home. \nTours are held every Saturday. Please contact us through our website if you are interested in scheduling a private tour. \nPlease arrive 5 minutes before the tour begins to check in and dress appropriately for the weather as a portion of the tour takes place outside. Tours begin promptly at 11am. Select the same arrival time for all guests included in the table. \nPairing Menu \nAppetizer: Cheese Platter with herb havarti\, blood orange asiago\, and boursin.  \nPaired w/ Riesling\, Spirited 2022: A crisp Riesling finished dry with a hint of sweetness\, citrus fruit aromas abound. \nSoup or Salad: \n  \nOption 1: Crunchy wedge salad with bacon bits\, cherry tomatoes\, and hard-boiled egg tossed in a blue cheese dressing. Paired w/ Carignan\, Eclipse 2024 \nOption 2: Italian wedding soup\, a chicken broth with spinach mire poix\, seasoned beef and pork meatballs and acini di pepe pasta. Paired w/ Carignan\, Eclipse 2024 \nPaired w/ Eclipse 2024: This is a fruit forward light body wine made from Carignan grapes sourced from a 90-year-old vineyard at the Nicolini ranch in Lodi. Abundance of ripe berries and pomegranate complemented by nuanced leathery notes. \nEntrée \n\n\n\nOption 1: Sauteed shrimp over a bed of linguini in a lemon dill butter sauce with cherry tomatoes. \nPaired with Pinot Gris\, Breeze 2024: A refreshing complex Pinot Gris. Abundance of lime and peach complemented with a touch of vanilla and a whiff of mint. \n  \n\n\nOption 2: 8 oz Filet served medium rare with a red wine demi-glace made with our Cabernet Franc\, Nostalgia 2023. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes and sauteed broccolini. \nPaired with Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot Blend\, Harmony 2023: A rich and refreshing Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Bold dark berries on the nose along with a hint of tobacco. Long and smooth finish.
