He recently released his original song “Help Me Believe” and currently performs about 250 gigs a year at various festivals\, weddings\, clubs\, private parties\, and serves as a worship leader at his church. DESCRIPTION:Each yoga class ticket purchase includes a glass of EV wine after the yoga class! \n\n\n\n\nThis yoga class will be held by MOYO Yoga’s co-owner\, Jesse Russell. His classes combine elements of hatha yoga\, vinyasa yoga\, mindfulness\, and meditation. While having experience with the names of the poses can be helpful\, he does his best to make every class accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. \nHis aim is to always assist students in cultivating greater body/mind/breath awareness as well as a sense of relaxed presence. Yoga is meant to be a “work-in”\, not a work-out\, and accordingly\, his classes always emphasize the inner qualities experienced during the practice above the ability or inability to bend or twist in an elaborate way.  \nParticipants should bring a yoga mat and any other props which they use to support their practice. Staying hydrated\, especially during hot summer days\, is very important\, so please be sure to have access to water. His classes combine elements of hatha yoga\, vinyasa yoga\, mindfulness\, and meditation. While having experience with the names of the poses can be helpful\, he does his best to make every class accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. \nHis aim is to always assist students in cultivating greater body/mind/breath awareness as well as a sense of relaxed presence. Yoga is meant to be a “work-in”\, not a work-out\, and accordingly\, his classes always emphasize the inner qualities experienced during the practice above the ability or inability to bend or twist in an elaborate way.  \nParticipants should bring a yoga mat and any other props which they use to support their practice. Staying hydrated\, especially during hot summer days\, is very important\, so please be sure to have access to water.
