DESCRIPTION:Come and enjoy a one hour interactive tour led by the winemaker! On the tour you will learn about our vineyard\, our winemaking process\, and gain insight into lab analysis of wine during fermentation and maturation. Afterwards\, you will sit down and relax with a wine tasting that is included in your tour and a free souvenir to take home. \nTours are held every Saturday. Please contact us through our website if you are interested in scheduling a private tour. \nPlease arrive 5 minutes before the tour begins to check in and dress appropriately for the weather as a portion of the tour takes place outside. Tours begin promptly at 11am. An abundance of fresh lime and grapefruit aromas complemented by a well-rounded mouth feel. Refreshing tartness. \nEntrée: \nMain Option: Surf and turf Cajun shrimp and filet medallions with schug chimichurri roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. \nVegetarian Substitute: Pasta Primavera\, tomato base with sauteed mediterranean seasoned vegetables including onion\, zucchini\, eggplant\, and peppers. \nPaired w/ Eclipse 2024: This is a fruit forward light body wine made from Carignan grapes sourced from a 90-year-old vineyard at the Nicolini ranch in Lodi. Abundance of ripe berries and pomegranate complemented by nuanced leathery notes. \nDessert: Housemade chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. \nPaired w/ Bliss 2023: A full body\, well-balanced Petite Sirah. DESCRIPTION:Join Vicky and Evansburg Vineyards for our first Paint a Tote Bag and Sip Workshop! Each participant will go home with their own creation and will receive a glass of wine with the ticket purchase. \nIn the workshop you will be provided all the tools you need to create your own masterpiece; Tote Bag\, brushes\, paint\, step by step instructions\, gloves\, one on one assistance\, a glass of wine and fun.  This workshop is about allowing yourself to be creative and of course\, have fun! \nWe recommend that you dress prepared for the workshop with either old clothes\, a smock or an apron as acrylic paint will stain clothing. \nABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP HOST: \nMy name is Vicky\, not Victoria. I say this only because\, throughout my life\, the first question I am asked upon meeting someone new is\, “is your real name Victoria?” I was born and raised in Pottstown. \nI am recently retired and have been pouring my time into the canvas. I am creative by nature and have dabbled in many forms of art. However\, over the last 7 years I have been teaching myself the ins and outs of acrylic painting.  I am a self-taught artist\, schooled by watching videos\, reading\, researching\, trial and error and lots and lots of practiced. I don’t have a specific focus on the canvas. I get excited trying new types of expressions and techniques. There is nothing better\, for an artist\, than having someone appreciate their creative expressions! \nI hold art workshops regularly for several local private clubs\, bar establishments\, wineries and private in-home parties all by word of mouth from happy participants. I post upcoming events of FB. You can friend me to see my events.
