DESCRIPTION:Each ticket includes one glass of wine and one appetizer of your choice . Participants are invited to gather together at the end of the walk to enjoy food\, drink\, and reflections at a shared table from 12:30-1:00pm. \nJoin Certified Forest Therapy Guide\, Stacey Vinci\, for a walk\, wander\, and reflection\, guided in the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (“Forest Bathing”). \nDuring this event we will immerse our senses and bathe in the forest’s atmosphere while restoring our health and wellness through guided meditation\, exploratory nature invitations\, and the support of a community circle. The walk will conclude with integrating our immersion through shared reflections and nourishment of food and drink. \nAbout your instructor: \nStacey Vinci is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy\, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in PA and NJ in practice for nearly 15 years supporting individuals\, communities\, and family systems in trauma-informed care and generational healing\, growth\, and change. \nPlease fill out this waiver prior to attending the event.
