DESCRIPTION:Sound Bath Meditation includes a glass of wine after the sound bath meditation. \nWhat is SOUND BATH? \nA deep dose of rest\, relaxation and reflection through sound and vibrational immersion with gong\, handpan\, singing bowls\, chimes\, drums and more! You will lie or sit comfortably for this hour of peaceful being. Deeply listening to intentional sound and vibration effortlessly relieves stress\, calms the mind\, improves sleep and overall focus plus so much more. \nBRING YOUR OWN yoga mat\, comforts (pillows\, blankets\, bolsters\, eye pillow) and perhaps a journal to reflect after the sound immersion. \nThis event is rain or shine. If the event doesn’t take place in the vineyard due to weather\, we will host the event in a covered paviliion space overlooking the vineyard. \nAbout your teacher: \nJen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts over the past decade. \nBeing a former nurse\, Jen’s sound immersion offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the room or individual as learned from the bedside.
