Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed\, grounded\, and at ease. \nMeet Your Instructor: Tamara Fidler \nTamara Fidler is a yoga instructor and board-certified health coach who loves helping people find balance\, relaxation\, and wellness through the practice of yoga. Her classes create a calm and grounding space where you can slow down\, breathe deeply\, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner\, Tamara’s gentle guidance will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. \nPlease arrive 10min early so we we can start the class right on time! \nThese classes take place rain or shine!
