DESCRIPTION:Join Evansburg Vineyards & Bistro for a beautiful night to remember! \nEV Winemaker Yuval Blat and Chef Nolan present 3 unique courses paired perfectly with our housemade wines. \nEach ticket purchase is for 1 person. Please add each ticket individually to include preferred food selections for each guest as well as any relevant allergy or dietary restrictions. You must purchase a ticket to attend this event. \n  \nBuy Tickets Here \nPairing Menu \nAppetizer: Velvety baked brie with blackberry jam and warm baguette. \nPaired w/ Dream 2024: Made from our estate-grown Chardonel. An abundance of fresh lime and grapefruit aromas complemented by a well-rounded mouth feel. Refreshing tartness. \nEntrée: \nMain Option: Surf and turf Cajun shrimp and filet medallions with schug chimichurri roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. \nVegetarian Substitute: Pasta Primavera\, tomato base with sauteed mediterranean seasoned vegetables including onion\, zucchini\, eggplant\, and peppers. \nPaired w/ Eclipse 2024: This is a fruit forward light body wine made from Carignan grapes sourced from a 90-year-old vineyard at the Nicolini ranch in Lodi. Abundance of ripe berries and pomegranate complemented by nuanced leathery notes. \nDessert: Housemade chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. \nPaired w/ Bliss 2023: A full body\, well-balanced Petite Sirah. Blackberry\, dark chocolate\, and a hint of nutmeg and ginger lead to a lasting finish. \nMore information: \nEach wine accompaniment will be poured in 5oz (regular glass) portions unless otherwise preferred. \nFor any allergy related concerns\, please send an email or include in the allergy box. \nWine pairings are suggested but not required.
