DESCRIPTION:Each ticket includes one glass of wine and one appetizer of your choice. \nAbout the Workshop: \nJoin\, Yuval Blat\, the Wine Maker of Evansburg Vineyards and learn how to make Wine at home. This two-hour interactive talk will cover all steps of wine making from grape processing to bottling as well as needed equipment for successful home winemaking. Participants will learn how to prevent common wine faults and fix them when possible. \nAbout Your Instructor: \nYuval Blat has been the Winemaker of Evansburg Vineyards since its inception.
