You will lie or sit comfortably for this hour of peaceful being. Deeply listening to intentional sounds and vibrations effortlessly relieves stress\, calms the mind\, improves sleep and overall focus plus so much more. \nBRING YOUR OWN yoga mat\, comforts (pillows\, blankets\, bolsters\, eye pillow)\, and perhaps a journal to reflect after the sound immersion. \nAbout your teacher: \nJen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts over the past decade. \nBeing a former nurse\, Jen’s sound immersion offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the room or individual as learned from the bedside.
