Using the colors from nature throughout the seasons is a beautiful metaphor for change and evolution. Connecting with nature through our creativity can help us to feel abundant and joyful. The vibrant colors of leaves and flowers are easy to preserve by pounding them to release their natural dyes onto paper or fabric.
