DESCRIPTION:This workshop includes a complimentary glass of wine after the sound bath meditation. \nWhat is SOUND BATH? \nA deep dose of rest\, relaxation and reflection through sound and vibrational immersion with gong\, handpan\, singing bowls\, chimes\, drums and more! You will lie or sit comfortably for this hour of peaceful being. Deeply listening to intentional sound and vibration effortlessly relieves stress\, calms the mind\, improves sleep and overall focus plus so much more. \nBRING YOUR OWN yoga mat\, comforts (pillows\, blankets\, bolsters\, eye pillow) and perhaps a journal to reflect after the sound immersion. \nAbout your teacher: \nJen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts over the past decade. \nBeing a former nurse\, Jen’s sound immersion offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the room or individual as learned from the bedside. DESCRIPTION:Joey De Noble is performing live at Evansburg Vineyards! \nJoey De Noble has had a real love and appreciation for music ever since he was a kid. Greatly inspired by his late Father Tommy De Noble (American Bandstand/Capitol Recording artist)\, Joey has played up and down the east coast professionally as a touring musician for the last 15 years. He has shared the stage with such national acts as Better Than Ezra\, LIVE\, and Tonic. He recently released his original song “Help Me Believe” and currently performs about 250 gigs a year at various festivals\, weddings\, clubs\, private parties\, and serves as a worship leader at his church. Be sure to catch one of his shows this summer for a real treat.
