Putting Down Roots in Pennsylvania

The family moved to Pennsylvania, fell in love with the green terrain, the hospitality of the people and decided to stay.

2013

Experimenting in the Basement

The first carboys of wine were created in the family home basement. While it wasn’t very good, at least it tasted like wine. Determined to do better, each year Yuval and Leli worked to perfect their craft and began sharing it with friends and family. Slowly the idea of starting a winery took hold.

2016

Mastering the Craft

To refine his winemaking skills, Yuval began studying Enology and Viticulture at Harrisburg Community College. Together, Leli and Yuval made a Cabernet Franc that received noteworthy marks in a blind wine tasting class.

2018

Here We Go

Yuval and Leli purchased a horse farm in the heart of Evansburg Village. They prepared to plant their very own vineyard.

2020

Our First Batch of Wine

With the vines growing and the winery taking shape, Leli and Yuval finally began to craft their first vintage.

2021

Time to Share

The whole family got together to bottle the very first vintage and prepared to finally share it with our community!

Our 1-acre vineyard hosts 890 Chardonel vines. Chardonel is French-American hybrid varietal that combines the delicate flavors or the old world Chardonnay along with natural resistance to cold climate and indigenous pests conferred by its North American parentage. This allows us to minimize our pesticide use and protect the environment without compromising quality.

As we invite the community into our tasting room, we aim to minimize our footprint. To do so, we use biodegradable tableware and almost all of our clothing merchandise are made with recycled cotton.

We partner with Back To Earth Compost to compost all of our food waste and compostable tableware.

We are always searching for new ways to support causes that promote a sustainable and regenerative future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any ideas for how we can better do so.
